Who goes first in Aeon's End?

Draw the top card of the shuffled turn-order deck to determine who takes the first turn. It can be a player or the nemesis.
If your rules call for a random choice, use the player picker.
Rule details
Draw another turn-order card after each player or nemesis turn. If the deck is empty, shuffle the discarded turn-order cards to form a new deck.
In a three-player game, if the wild turn-order card appears, the players decide who takes that turn.
If there’s a tie
The rulebook doesn’t say. If you need a tie-break, pick a player at random.
