Who goes first in Chronicles of Crime?

There is no fixed first-player turn. Launch a scenario in the app, then discuss as a group which card to scan.

If your rules call for a random choice, use the player picker.

Rule details

During a scene search, one player looks at the scene and describes it while the others find matching Evidence Category cards. After the timer ends, the group may let another player search or stop.

If there’s a tie

The rulebook doesn’t say. If you need a tie-break, pick a player at random.
