Who goes first in Chupacabra: Survive the Night?

The player who won the last game starts, or choose whoever makes the best Chupacabra noise.
Rule details
Everyone rolls their dice simultaneously at the start of a round. The first player then attacks or passes, followed by the player to their left.
Each later round begins with the player to the left of whoever began the previous round.
If there’s a tie
The rulebook doesn’t say. If you need a tie-break, pick a player at random.
