Choose a dealer for the round. The dealer gives each player, including themselves, a face-up card in turn order.
Rule details
The dealer then offers active players the choice to hit or stay in turn order.
The next round’s dealer is the player to the current dealer’s left.
If there’s a tie
The rulebook doesn’t say.
