The youngest player takes the starting-player marker and goes first.
Rule details
Players set tile prices simultaneously before buying. The starting player gets the first buying opportunity, followed by the other players clockwise.
Pass the starting-player marker clockwise after each round’s scoring.
If there’s a tie
The rulebook doesn’t say.
