Who goes first in Pandemic Legacy: Season 1?

Take all the pawns and blindly draw one. That pawn’s player goes first.

If your rules call for a random choice, use the player picker.

Rule details

This is the last setup step (“Begin play”), done at the start of each game in the campaign.

Play proceeds clockwise: after a player finishes infecting cities, the player on their left goes next.

If there’s a tie

The rulebook doesn’t say. If you need a tie-break, pick a player at random.
