Who goes first in The Castles of Burgundy?

Determine the starting player by rolling dice. Give that player the first player tile and the white die; they take the first turn.
Rule details
The next player clockwise receives two worker tiles at setup, and subsequent players receive more. Ship tiles can change turn order later.
If there’s a tie
The rulebook doesn’t say. If you need a tie-break, pick a player at random.
