Who goes first in 5 Second Rule?

The person who owns the game is first in the Hot Seat, and play moves to the right.

Rule details

The player to the left of the Hot Seat player reads the card aloud.

If there’s a tie

The rulebook doesn’t say. If you need a tie-break, pick a player at random.
