- 5 Second RuleThe person who owns the game is first in the Hot Seat, and play moves to the right.
- 5 Second Rule Jr.The youngest player is first in the Hot Seat, and play moves to the right.
- BuzzwordDeal five Scoring Cards to each team. The team whose cards add up to the highest total goes first.
- Chicks Go BoomThe youngest player starts by pressing down the Coop, then rolls the die.
- Clifford You’re Invited!The youngest player goes first, dropping the die into the Dog House Dice Slide.
- Don’t Rock the BoatThe youngest player goes first.
- FarkleWhoever has the highest roll goes first, with play passing to the left.
