Who goes first in Cookie Addict?

The player who last ate a cookie starts the game by choosing a character token and placing it in front of a row or column.

Rule details

The other player places their token perpendicular to the first player's choice and activates the first tile. The cookie eater makes the first placement but the other player takes the first tile action.

The same opening rule is used with both the classic and quick setup.

If there’s a tie

The rulebook doesn’t say. If you need a tie-break, pick a player at random.
