Who goes first in Descent: Journeys in the Dark (Second Edition)?
FFG English second edition
The hero players decide together which hero takes the first turn. All heroes take their turns before the overlord.
Official tie-break or fallback
If the heroes cannot agree on an order, they play clockwise starting with the player to the overlord’s left.
If your rules call for a random choice, use the player picker.

The heroes may agree on a different order each round.
