Who goes first in It's a Wonderful World?

Everyone plays at the same time; there is no starting player. Begin by drafting one card each from the seven-card hands.
If your rules call for a random choice, use the player picker.
Rule details
Players reveal their chosen cards together. Pass the remaining cards left in rounds 1 and 3, and right in rounds 2 and 4.
Planning is simultaneous. Each Production step is also simultaneous, following the printed resource sequence.
If there’s a tie
The rulebook doesn’t say. If you need a tie-break, pick a player at random.
