Who goes first in Roll 'em Fold 'em?

The person who most recently folded something starts and receives the two dice.
Rule details
The dice holder is the active player and keeps one die result; everyone else uses the other result. The active role then passes clockwise.
Solo play uses a separate turn-count table and has no player order to select.
If there’s a tie
The rulebook doesn’t say. If you need a tie-break, pick a player at random.
