Who goes first in Crazy Eights?
Bicycle Cards rules, standard 52-card pack (English)
The player to the dealer’s left plays first, then play continues around the table.

Rule details
The dealer turns up a starter card. If it is an eight, it is buried in the pack and the next card is turned.
If there’s a tie
The rulebook doesn’t say.
