Rule details
Before play, form three face-down stacks of six cards, one per back color, and scatter the gems face down within reach. Each player takes a personal board.
Each player chooses three gems and keeps them face down. With four players, each chooses only two gems for two of the three revealed cards.
The rules assign no individual card revealer or search starter. Players may exchange chosen gems until everyone has selected their last gem.
After the third card is scored, reveal the next three cards and repeat the simultaneous search. The usual game lasts six rounds; the optional shorter or longer game keeps equal card counts in all three stacks.
Tied final scores share victory. This end-of-game tie rule does not select a starting player.
