Who goes first in King of New York?

Each player rolls all six black dice and both green dice. Whoever rolls the most Attack symbols starts the game; turns then proceed clockwise.

Rule details

Use both green dice for this opening roll, even though ordinary turns use green dice only when a card allows it.

The rulebook does not say what to do if players tie for the most Attack symbols in the opening roll.

If there’s a tie

The rulebook doesn’t say. If you need a tie-break, pick a player at random.
