Who goes first in Photosynthesis?

Rule details

The first player begins the two clockwise small-tree placement circuits during setup.

During each Life Cycle phase, players take their turns clockwise from the first player. Pass the first-player token clockwise at the end of the round.

If there’s a tie

The rulebook doesn’t say.
