Who goes first in Welcome To...?

There is no first player: every round is played simultaneously. Three Construction cards are flipped, then all players choose a Number-Action combination at the same time and use it on their own sheet.

If your rules call for a random choice, use the player picker.

Rule details

Several players may use the same Number-Action combination in the same round.

The rulebook does not assign the card-flipping job to a particular player.

If there’s a tie

The rulebook doesn’t say. If you need a tie-break, pick a player at random.
