Who goes first in Zombicide: Black Plague?

Decide who starts and give that player the first-player token. The token holder takes the first turn; the next player is on their left.

Rule details
The Black Plague rulebook gives no required method for deciding who receives the token.
At the end of each game round, pass the first-player token to the player on the left.
